Its a Happy Birthday Day! (OLD NEWS...)On another note I saw Where the Wild Things Are, loved it, but would need to see it again. I liked HOW they did everything, but what shocked and amazed me was what they did with everything, and not just the gorgeous visuals, but the addition of rather absurdist elements to the plot was genious as well. It seemed more of a deep movie based off of a children's book than just a kids movie.

The space inside was cramped and musty, having little room for the three to stand, let alone sit, Oscar opted to wait outside. The Legend of... pt.2At this time a wayward shark happened across a seemingly delightful trail of blood diffusing through the water within his vicinity, and upon peering around for the source he found a rather large and obviously injured fish splashing about toward some oval shaped mass. The shark went for it, and managing to secure a firm grip on one of the rather thin fins, he gnawed into it a good deal before realizing little was to be had there, and decided to try the other fin before being swiftly kicked in the nose, and as any shark will tell you, being punched in the nose in the human equivalent of being punched in the soul while biting a filling down on tThe Legend of... pt.2

Musing on Who We AreFrom the highest vantage point one could possibly assume, the natural tower rising above the checkerboard on which my life plays out, one would view many things. A master planned community that lies within a secured basin, surrounded by a continuous range of mountains, locked away to itself save for one road out of many twisting, labyrinthine streets that try to mask the familial comfort therein lacks.
